i took a nap a couple of hours ago, when i woke up i felt all satisfied & like i'd slept for 5 hours at least. lo and behold it was only an hour and
15 mins.

naps never work for me. Either I end up sleeping for 5 or 6 hours or I wake up and feel worse than before I went to sleep.

I can't take naps. If I sleep in the afternoon, even if it's only for half an hour, I'll be up all night.

I wasn't feeling so hot yesterday when I got home from work. An hour nap pretty much nullified the headache and urge to puke. I felt like a new man an
later proceeded to chow on extra cheese with pepperoni slices and down McEwans(sp?) scotch ale.
I think I will make a normal habit of taking naps.
