I don't know. I think of mohawks being legit I think of the EXPOITED or HALFLIFE. Not a actess with a shitload of money making a fashion statement.
Whatever though she is free to do her own thing, but seems kinda lame.

I just found out that she shaved her head bald for the movie "V for Vendeta". She probably decided to let the mohawk grow in for a joke since she was
