What's your plan to get things started?

Are you concentrating on limiting consumption or exercising more or both? Or are you strictly in it for building muscle?

im looking to lose fat for awhile before I try to build muscle. Im starting by cutting out as many snacks as I can (hopefully almost all), eating better foods and hopefuly lowering portions significantly.

Thats my plan.

I wanna lose some fat and build some muscle. Do we have any of those helpful guidelines and/or training routines coming?

for the food, i'm starting with healthier choices and smaller portions. i gotta take it easy as far as the exercise goes. i'm gonna start by just stretching every day. i'm soout of shape, everything is tight. i wana get a little more flexibility before i move on to move vigorous activities like moshercise.

I have let myself go to an extent and got out of the exercise habit and drank WAY too much as of late. I'm off the sauce, eating much better and exercising more. I want 10 pounds off and tighten things up.

I am counting calories and picking up my exercise regimen again. I am also going to pick up some Hydroxycut to help out a bit. It's all about self discipline and drive. It is not easy to get into these habits, but once they are established you can maintain it pretty easily. Cardio is the key to weight loss, if you want to lose weight..run, jog, walk, do whatever you can, hell swim if you have access.

Voodoo, why did you pick that specific supplement? I have used one several year ago. I'm just curious why you picked it. Thanks Bud.
