I'm not sure if thats really an original....my copy has Red writing on the record....the writing on that one looks black.....but I may be wrong

I don't have the original sleeve...just the record....I paid $30 for it.The sleeve that I keep it in is a copy of an original,and it's all black and
white.

What is the cover a picture of? Was that a horror movie pictrure? Because that is really gruesome.
