Circuit Training Example- looks tough but great
I got this over at the East Cost HC site. I am going to do this. This looks tough but very effective.

Ok, I did this today. Sort of. I forgot to bring my sheet with me with the moves written down so I went on memory. I did all but the split squat.
It was tough though. I did 4 sets with 8 reps per move. I will for sure keep doing this one.

Circuit training is great. It will increase the indurance of your muscles as well as give you a great cardio workout. I try to do at least one circuit
a week amongst my other weight traning and cardio work outs. It is also good because you can switch it up a lot and it adds a lot of varity to
workouts which is very good for both body and mind.

I am 3 weeks into using this routine. It is tough when you finish the split squats and go to regular squats with a shoulder press.
I'm up to six sets with 1 minute rest in between each set. I only have 65 pounds going this week. Last week was 75. I'm uping it back up to 75 next
week with 6 sets.
Good shit.
