Internet radio stations

What are some decent free stations (prefer no sign ups as well) to listen to hardcore, punk, metal or rock.

I've got ChroniX for metal, PunkRadioCast and Rant Radio Punk so far, tried Killed By Death and Killed By Hardcore but nothing I enjoyed on it.

Looking for something to do during the days at work.

A lot of people ask me what kind of music I like. I love "soul music". My "soul music" isn’t a style, genre or niche. It’s music that is genuine. It’s a painful lyric, a dirty bassline, it’s a harrowing vocal, it’s feedback, it’s an anthem, it’s a love song, it’s anarchy. I’ve got my personal favourites but in the end it doesn’t matter who or where it comes from... so long as it’s good and it's real.

last.fm, but that is more a collection of styles and such. It awsome though. They turned me on to a few newer bands like BETRAYED and others.

Each aspect of the soul has it's own part to play, but the ideal is harmonious agreement with reason and control.

You need the last.fm player or something don't you, or is there a way to stream into winamp or iTunes? Since it is a work machine I can't install software, its all locked down.

It's not a station, but we do have a radio player with songs from every artist at SGR.
go to http://www.sailorsgraverecords.com and click on radio.
it's built in flash, so you shouldn't need to DL anything else.
