Smoking before you go to the gym?!
I was at the gym today because it was raining. As I'm headed back to the locker room there is a guy (probably in his 50's) about 10 feet in front of
me and he reeks of smoke. I had to stop walking and wait for him to get further along. It was incredible.
I get in the locker room and he's at the other end of the lockers but I cans till smell. It was unbeleivable.
It just makes no fucking sense to have a smoke before you workout.

I have a buddy that smokes and goes barefoot when he runs. Dude runs a 1 1/2 mile in about 9 minutes.
