Big shopping day! New Music & Stuff!

Guess I went on a little 'spending money bender' this week.

On Tuesday I went to Newbury Comics and bought...

Airborne - Runnin' Wild
D.R.I. - Dirtiest...Roggenest

On Wednesday I got my Leatherface tattoo finished (pics coming soon) to the tune of $220. Then I bought a bad ass book called 'THE FORCE IN THE FLESH' at the tattoo shop. Its a hardcover photo book thats a huge collection of Star Wars tattoos with some text about each person and stuff. Very cool!!

Today I went to Armageddon Shop the local 'cool record store' and I bought...

Dog Eat Dog - Warrant (it was only $1!)
The Bruisers - One Law For Them... Another One For Us
Lorna Doom - Diabolical ep (its local punk/noise guys doing hip hop)
Get Rad - Say Fuck No To Rules, Man (its punk/hardcore. I never heard of it, but the cover grabbed me and it had a song called Cru Jones on it)
Greg Ginn - Getting Even
Candy Thong - (Weird local drum and bass duo just doing some funny stuff) It comes packaged in a black thong pinned together with 2 'candy thong' buttons.

I also got a package in the mail from a band from PA called Sarlacc. It was a CD I ordered last week and a bunch of pins.

Now I gotta find time to listen to all this stuff!!

I just ordered a bunch of shit too, some music I've been wanting for a long time.

Through The Eyes of The Dead - Bloodlust
Through The Eyes of The Dead - Malice
Slumlords - On The Stremph!
Everybody Gets Hurt - It Is What It Is (Born To Lose Live To Win)

Family Guy Volume 5

Still so many CD's I want to get but no funds.

A lot of people ask me what kind of music I like. I love "soul music". My "soul music" isn’t a style, genre or niche. It’s music that is genuine. It’s a painful lyric, a dirty bassline, it’s a harrowing vocal, it’s feedback, it’s an anthem, it’s a love song, it’s anarchy. I’ve got my personal favourites but in the end it doesn’t matter who or where it comes from... so long as it’s good and it's real.

What do you think of that Greg Ginn?

I just picked up :

The Boys - The Boys
The Boys - Alternative Chartbusters
Side Burns - Golden Hits
The Guttersnipes - Join the Strike
Suburban Rebels - Nacidos Para Provocar
Pressure Point - to be Continued
Ducky Boys - Three Chords and The Truth
Discipline - Saints and Sinners
Frankie Flame - Oslo Oi
Worldwide Tribute to Real Oi!
BoneCrusher - Singles Collection

I went on a bit of a drunken music buying spree last night.

Well, its this place where nobody works, and the pigs don\'t give you any shit. Everyone smokes weed and gets drunk all day. Its a place where cunts like me and you can truly take it easy and relax. Know what I mean?

Oh yeah... I also want to recomend www.ArmageddonShop.com for music. They do world wide mailorder and they constantly update their inventory with hundrededs of items each week. If you goto their website they have a 'search' function that shows you every item they have by any given artist.

Plus its run by Ben the guitar player from DropDead!

i don;t think i've gotten any new music since xmas.

however, i recently bought a new desktop (to go on top of filing cabinets) and a new laptop battery. both have improved my work efficiency, but aren't really that exciting.

If I fail math, there goes my chance at a good job and a happy life full of hard work.

I just picked up the 2 DROPKICK MURPHYS singles cd's. I had most of the older stuff on 7'nschs but the newer one I only had the OI tribute songs. These cd's are great.
