Unwind
What do you guys do to unwind when you start bugging out over things. I've had a lot going on lately and cant seem to relax. I even tried going out
with some friends to the bar, but even that ended in a fight. So what do you do?

take a nap.
sit on my deck and enjoy the view.
grill some steaks and drink a nice glass of scotch.
play with the kids to remind me of what's important.
If I fail math, there goes my chance at a good job and a happy life full of hard work.
