HOLY..... SHIT.....
That is Classic!!!
Thank you for posting that!!!
Does anyone remember the old WWF cartoon??? "Hulk Hogan's Rock `N Wrestling" I wish that would come out on DVD... Ive seen a couple of single episode
VHS tapes on ebay, but cant find any full episodes online. I dont understand why Vince McMahon hasnt put it out on DVD just for the $$$.

Ya those were the days. Between tht video/song and the Chicago Bears 'shufflin crew" video/song they put a smile on the old face.

This is funny to see again. It also proves why the NWA was SOOOOO much better then WWF at that time. I would think this was around 85 or so. I was
10. I saw this video and wondered how all of those dudes could be in the same place when they hated each other so much. I lost interest in that
product right away.

We had great wrestling down here when I was young. Houston Wrestling was on TV for 30 years.
Paul Boesch ran the the promotion. A lot of superstars before the WWF. Jim Dugan, Junk Yard Dog, Kamala, Ted Dibiase, Rock N Roll Express, Midnight
Express, Butch Reed, Hercules, Sheep Herders, Dr. Death Steve Williams, Terry Taylor, Fantastics, and many more.

Stagger Lee and Kamala was trying to take off his mask...

I had that record when I was a kid. I still love wrestling. It's in the shitter right now when it comes to WWE and TNA, but there's still good
wrestling in ROH and in Japan. I miss the glory days of Stampede Wrestling, NWA, AWA, WCCW, UWF, and WWF. I also miss ECW with a passion.

When I think of Texas wrestling I think of the Von Erichs (reluctantly) but I also think about The Freebirds, One Man Gang and Ice Man King Parsons.
Ice Man was NWA champ and his nephew went to my high school. Ice Man is from STL. His nephew, Marlow Parsons, won state in his weight class in
wretling. He showed me a picture of himself with the NWA belt. Very cool guy and a true bad ass.

gary managed some of my all time favs
abby, great kabuki, great muta, terry funk later on
in my opinion he was the best heel manager ever
he seemed so "real"
he pulled it off really well
not too over the top
he seemed really "mean and evil" which ruled

My favorite manager of all time is Bobby Heenan, followed by Jim Cornette. Those two guys were always great. Gary Hart was definitely one of the
greats. There were great interviews with him on the first WCCW dvd that was made a few years before the WWE version. If I remember it was called
"Heroes of WCCW." For me, the highlight of WCCW was the Freebirds. Such an amazing an original combination. Terry Gordy was fucking badass. He was
amazing in his Japanese runs, especially when he was teaming with Dr. Death.

I know very little about wrestling associations with the exception of, WWF/WWE, WCW & ECW. I was into it when the AWA and NWA were around, I just
never saw it on tv or anything. I know most of the wrestlers you guys are talking about, but I guess I missed them when they were 'at their best'.
