Is this the same band that is constantly advertised on Bridge 9?

This is great stuff. I have the album already. You can order it at their site.

It's just Chad Gilbert on vocals and Jordan on bass. It's definitely a step up. I'm actually looking forward to that NFG EP on Bridge 9.

There's too much crew vocals at time but it's definitely better than NFG. And I actually LIKE NFG.. so.

Most of these dudes were in a band called Tension back in the day. Straight edge band. Uprising Records.

PS. I like it.

I might get those.

This could be one of NFG's best releases. It has real promise to be good.

Do not like NFG. THey are weak. This ISHH is great sounding but I am getting tired of DOUCHEBAGS making fun of hardcore. It has been plaaaaayyyyed the fuck out. Seriously its not funny manymore. It's cheap and weak.

Each aspect of the soul has it's own part to play, but the ideal is harmonious agreement with reason and control.

Thats what I was thinking at first because even the singer of the ISHCs name is CAPTAIN STRAIGHT EDGE, which is swiped from a Grudge song.

Well, considering all the members have hardcore links... I can respect the guys from NFG a lot. Plus they've never really lost their head. Even if their last album was sub-standard.

Wasn't Chad Gilbert on a Throwdown record?

I mean, that could be considered making fun of hardcore waaaaay worse than ISHC is. ISHC just has tongue planted firmly in cheek. Frankly, I think NFG is a great idea if they were one day like "hey, we like to play music, but this hardcore stuff's not going to make us any money so that we can just play music for life... let's make some poppy punk and we'll get paid and get laid." Worked. I still wish Fall Out Boy was a big joke like that too. Besides, I respect NFG for doing a video with Troma a couple years ago.

I wasnt saying anything bad... I liked Grudge and I love Good Clean Fun. Im just saying that what NFG is doing with the ISHC record is not a new idea and I think that using "Captain Straight Edge" is kind of lame.
