This one was the hardest so far for me... I love both bands for different reasons. They both have some amazing records and some bad records..... I

i like black sabbath with ozzy and hate everything after, but i love black flag before they became a rock band.

To me it is only the Ozzy years. That's it. That was so new back then and Black Flag were ground breaking as well.
Sabbath has just meant more to me. Sabbs all the way

I'll say BLACK FLAG. I can relate to it. Sabbath is great but BF is more my speed.
Each aspect of the soul has it's own part to play, but the ideal is harmonious agreement with reason and control.

I have my issues with Black Flag, but they have some amazingly brilliant stuff out there too. Sabbath I have always hated in every incarnation.

This wasnt easy but any means. Both bands music is either incredible or it sucked. Not much in between.
I'm gonna go with Black Sabbath. I love me some Black Flag but Sabbath's song 'Changes' wins out over my BF favorites.
