I'm figuring the Clash to runaway with this one. I was tempted to put up Clash Vs. Sex Pistols or Sex Pistols vs. Ramones

This is a very unpopular opinion, but I hate the Clash.

Gotta go with the ramones. The Clash were a great band, but I think they put out some pretty awful shit. Like lost in the supermarket.

Shit that's a tough one. I love both, but I think I love the Ramones a little bit more. I vote Ramones.

I'm with Honus all the way, Ramones win, don't like The Clash at all.
Ramones were the first band I ever wanted to see and couldn't because I was only 12 or 13 and it was a licensed show.
A lot of people ask me what kind of music I like. I love "soul music". My "soul music" isn’t a style, genre or niche. It’s music that is genuine. It’s
a painful lyric, a dirty bassline, it’s a harrowing vocal, it’s feedback, it’s an anthem, it’s a love song, it’s anarchy. I’ve got my personal
favourites but in the end it doesn’t matter who or where it comes from... so long as it’s good and it's real.

Gotta' go with The Clash on this one. Joe Strummer was a real wordsmith.
Well, its this place where nobody works, and the pigs don\'t give you any shit. Everyone smokes weed and gets drunk all day. Its a place where
cunts like me and you can truly take it easy and relax. Know what I mean?

I never dug the CLASH and never got into the RAMONES until like last year. All I have is a greatest hits cd and thats all I need fromt eh RAMONES. I
am have been wanting some CLASH and I do think it has to do with age. I need some rebellious grandpa rock.
I'll say RAMONES. I know a little more about them and they kicked ass. Plus they started shit, the CLASH just cashed in.
Each aspect of the soul has it's own part to play, but the ideal is harmonious agreement with reason and control.

This one is an odd one for me. I actually used to fucking despise The Ramones and would go off on legendary tangents about how fucking terrible they
were. Now I absolutely love them and find it hard to believe when people tell me that they don't like them for whatever reason. The Clash, on the
other hand, has been a long standing favorite and were probably some of the best songwriters ever. Both bands went on to do some pretty terrible
records later in their careers, so that kinda balances out, but I think I still hafta go Clash on this.
