Weight update....
Haven't posted a weight update in a while.
I was 459 at my heaviest
444 when I started the weightloss program (4/19/07)
405 on the day of surgery (12/11/07)
I am now 315lbs
Goal is 250 or lower.
Here are some before and after shots soo far...

Feeling pretty damn good. I have a path around town I walk (about 1.5 miles) and I can do that with no problem at a decent walking pace. A mile
would have left me very winded before.
