I'm unsure about this one. First she had extreme mental problems so I cant say that all the blame should be put on her. And I would like to think that
after seeing the psychiatrist who made note that he should not have children that something could have been done so when she did have the children
they would be placed in a safe environment. However the children cannot be taken away until someone happens to give authoritys the right to take the
children from her and I dont think her psych evaluation is enough.
