Pretty much just the two solo records. Ended with "I fought the law."

No idea.
As for the show, the one part that was funny/sad is that the guitar tech had to come out between songs and switch out the giant sheets of paper that
had the lyrics to the next song... happened for every song except Ball & Chain.
