just got home from Yoga
My wife bought me Yoga classes for my upcomeing birthday and tonight was the first class.
It was awesome and a great workout. If you had told me 10 years ago as I was living the punk rock ethos a little too hard that I would be meditating
and doing freaky yoga poses I would have punched you in the face and called you a fucking hippie.
Whos the hippie now?

i did yoga when i was able to get up off the ground without any help. first time i tried it i was able to do the plow position. i was proud and
surprised i could do it.

Signed up for classes my freshman year at UNIVERSITY of AKRON in 1995. I bailed on classes that semester. I still want to to try it.

I heard people fart alot in yoga. I would be laughin my ass off for the first few weeks until I got used to it. Even then I'd probably still be
crazkin up.

there's a yoga class in the room next my boxing class and because the walls are just glass partitions, pretty much every week someone in my class hits
the deck out cos they are busy watching the girls in the next room contort themselves into funky shapes.

yeah my wife warned me that people fart during yoga...vaginal farts mostly.

I do some yoga from time to time. No classes though, I got a book. Works great with my martial arts training.
