Action Wood is actually a name of a song from the early 70s. Jamaican selectors/DJs always prefaced their name with Lord or Sir or Count as to make
them sound badass...sort of like a lot of early hip-hop DJs. So I was just copying their style.....plus, I hate seeing my real name on flyers for
nights....and I think its funny to see Lord Action Wood in print, on posters at clubs. |
