ugh
cant sleep.
im also allergic to most of the over the counter crap.
anyone know any "natural" shit that works besides a plastic bubble?
the shot work?

I've had terrible seasonal allergies for most of my life. I've taken all kinds of shit and lately have found some stuff that has worked a LOT better
for me than taking 12 hour Claritin every 6 hours and gettin' the meth shakes. There's a homeopathic company called Boiron which any natural foods or
supplement store should carry. They make a tablet for allergies called Sabadil, you just stick two under your tongue and let 'em dissolve. They don't
completely remove all symptoms, but they drop them down to where you barely notice and since they aren't a drug you can actually take as many as you
need with no problems. You can also take 'em along with anything else you might be taking and they won't give you crazy interactions or anything like
that.
The other thing I've been using that has worked absolute fucking wonders for me is a bit weirder. I had been recommended a thing called a neti pot
which is a little teapot lookin' thing that you fill with a warm water and salt solution and then use it to flush out your sinuses. I tried one of
those and because I've had a lot of inner ear trouble over the years it caused problems for me so I had kinda given up on the idea of anything like
that working for me. A few months back my allergies got so fucking miserable that I figured it couldn't make things any worse to try something new, so
I bought this crazy looking thing we sell at the store I work in. It's made by a company called Nasaline and it looks kinda like a cross between a
turkey baster and a giant syringe. I call it my skull douche and it has worked better than anything else I have ever tried. Like I said, it seems
really fucking weird, but it's fantastic. Basically you fill a little cup with warm water and a packet of pure salt that comes in these little sugar
packet type things, stir it up and suck it up with the skull doucher. Then you put the tip up to one nostril and push the plunger so it goes up
through your sinus cavity and out the other nostril and then you refill it and do the other side, doing each side twice. It takes a little bit to get
the hang of it so you don't just have it all running down the back of your throat, but because it's like a syringe, you can control it really easily
and go as slow as you want. I know it's a foreign concept to most people, but if your allergies are anything like mine, this will be the best thing
you've ever tried for 'em.

I've never heard of anything like it but it makes some sense the way it works.
the place i m living in is surrounded by trees/ plants and shit and in the last month it's gotten pretty bad.
