Fake.... but HILARIOUS! The reason why I am SURE to say it is fake is this... Monitors are not "WiFi" and are kinda held down by cords keeping them
from being thrown so easily. When he throws his monitor... no cords.
I work in a cubicle "hell"..... What a way this would be to end the week. 
But I can't. The supervisor in my new dept is fucking AWESOME and we just shoot the shit about GTA 4 and other Xbox shit a few times a week. He has
also had gastric bypass so it gives me someone to ask questions of since he went from being 400lbs to being 170!
