Skype headset?

Any of you guys use VOIP such as Skype? I'm looking for a headset that's travel-friendly (i.e. compact, not easily broken, etc). One guy recommended I go for a USB headset instead of the ones with the headphone & microphone plugs.

Any recommendations?
