Drop Dead & Go To Hell
I'm wearing my Sheer Terror shirt at work today for probably the 4th or 5th time in addition to probably 15-20 days of wearing my hoodie (and keeping
it on most of the day) before it got really warm.
Well anyway.... my supervisor just came in my office with my union steward saying that someone complained and I cant wear it anymore. I was hoping I
would get sent home, but my supervisor thinks the whole thing is stupid and I think he actually felt bad telling me not to wear it anymore.
Fuck bitchy people and people that think EVERYTHING needs to be PC! In the place I work its nothing to hear supervisors, managers etc swearing all
the time. We also got a manager guy who might have tourets (sp?) or something, but either way it doesnt excuse him keeping his hand in his pocket and
moving it around so much and so fast its like hes jerking off.

given some of the stories you've told about your place of work, this is a real surprise!
If I fail math, there goes my chance at a good job and a happy life full of hard work.

but all jokes aside, that sucks, man, it's just a t-shirt (a really cool one actually), but it's not hurting anyone... that's like saying ugly people
to wear a mask to job because their face is disturbing another employee... it's ridiculous...
on the other hand, that tourette syndrome is very rare, but the hand in the pocket thing looks like a sympton for sure, people with tourette develops
physical tics like that, sometimes they develop even verbal tics, that guy doesn't say some words or make sounds suddenly out of nowhere?

Nope no sounds or words, but hes always moving or waving his arms or rocking back and forth in a chair.
I'm not saying its a problem IF there is a medical condition... my problem is that IF he has a condition then he knows it and if thats the case then
he should keep his hands out of his pocket! I wouldnt be surprised if a woman reports him at somepoint.

I love my ST shirt and jacket. If anybody doesn't like it when I wear it in public then they can kiss my dick because I'm not living to please them.

yeah, your right, any woman could think for sure he's into something else and report him. People always gotta be careful with that kind of stuff,
specially at work when people are so bitchy because if someone overreacted to a simple t-shirt, that guy could get a demand on sexual arrastment or
something

especially since it's from a lousy t-shirt.

the problem is we need to stop coddling stupid people like this. that's seriously a retarded thing to get upset about. if your life is that sad that
you need to report shit like that because of the "serious emotional distress" it causes you, you seriously need to grow the fuck up. either that or
give me a sock full of batteries and i'll fucking give you something to be distressed about

I think I must be in the minority with that shirt. I own one, I have worn it, but I don't think it's appropriate for certain situations.
It's fine for shows, some random party etc etc, but wearing the thing to the grocery store where some kid can read it or just to offend the public at
large with my general disdain for them....I'll leave that kind of shenanigans to the JNCO and lipstick Limp rockers and juggalos.
I don't have the option of wearing stuff like that to work, but I'd put common sense into play and say that eventually some idiot is going to be
offended and just avoid the whole scenario.
Maybe I'm getting old.

i understand jason's point, but...
maybe there's something wrong with me that i don't consider 'drop dead and go to hell' all that offensive.
the 'jesus was a cunt' shirt was offensive!

I get a lot of shit for my DOA "Festival of Atheists" shirt. The back says "Fuck God, Fuck Satan, We're Atheists."
I can understand why people take offence to it, but when they question me about it I inform them that I take offence to seeing people wearing crosses,
yarmulkas (sp?), turbans, or any other type of religious garb. If I'm going to have religion thrown in my face everywhere I go, I feel I have the
right to express mine just as openly.

I don't think it's offensive at all, but I'm not going to pretend I'm naive enough to believe most of the rest of the country doesn't.

I dont think its offensive at all either. The first day I wore it I thought maybe it would be a problem, but on the 20th time I thought it was safe.
I have the 'Jesus is a cunt' shirt too... never wore that one though!
