I think I'm a green bottle beer racist. Never liked any beers in green bottles; but if someone else is buyin I'll drink them.

Never drank any. I drank some Belhaven the other day, wasn't my cup of tea.

Wheat beer = :thumbdown::thumbdown::thumbdown::thumbdown::thumbdown::thumbdown::thumbdown::thumbdown::thumbdown::thumbdown::thumbdown::thumbdown::thumbdown::thumbdown::thumbdown::thumbdown::thumbdown::thumbdown::thumbdown::thumbdown::thumbdown::thumbdown::thumbdown::thumbdown::thumbdown::thumbdown::thumbdown:

And if it's not clear, I think wheat beer tastes like asshole.

Some wheat beers are good, I dig the breadier ones, but not the real grassy floral stuff.

Hoegaarden is a good summer beer.

I really can't drink anything lighter than a red anymore as a general rule. Some wheats are tolerable as well as some darker gold/red ale's like Scottish ales or occasionally an imperial pilsner or IPA just because the hops livens it up enough to not taste like crappy big brewery BCM domestics.

Lately I've been mostly into darker ales, and lots of Belgian Dubbels and of course frequent stouts. I've become quite the beer supremacist...I'd rather drink water than anything Bud/Coors/Miller produces.

It's such an amazing time right now for craft beers in America I generally try to get something new everytime I go to the liquor store. The Only thing I pick up with any consistancy is Ommegang's Abbey Ale because it's one bottle and its a nice dark heavy ale with a lot of stuff going on.

I am somewhere inbetween. I like some flavor, but not over the the top hops.

Oh I'm not a huge hops fan, I'd rather have a darker brew where the malt comes to the front and you get those nice toasty chocolate and carmel flavors. But if it's a gold/yellow beer, thats when I want it hoppy as fuck.
