John from Cincinnati

thought i'd give this one a chance. i just finished the first season. that was seriously the biggest pile of shit i can imagine. bad acting, horrible fucking dialogue and a thin storyline that went nowhere. wow.

that show sucked.
i gave it a fair chance, watched the first eight or so episodes.
i couldn't bear that woman screaming "shaaaawnie's gaaawn" over and over.
the week after i gave it up, it was cancelled, so i guess i didn't miss much.
i think people only watched it cause it was from the writer of deadwood.

maybe if you were a pretentious art student who thinks that different automatically equals good. i'm all for thinking outside the box but the reality is that the results aren't always going to be amazing. and yeah, out of all the (many) unlikable characters on the show, the grandmother was seriously the worst. terrible acting from a veteran actress and nobody gets that worked up over nothing 100% of the time.

ummm... I loved that damn show!

:)

No joke, I really liked it.

Would have loved a season 2.

Me and my brother Jon are 2 of the only people I know who liked it!

i think they tried too hard....
and tried to push too much too fast
a slower development of johns charachter and powers would have made it a little better...

but nope not good
