Weight Update... again.
Still losing weight, currently losing around 3lbs a week.
Current weight: 275lbs
Initial goal was: 250lbs
So, I am 25lbs from my original goal...
My new ultimate goal... To get to whatever weight I need to be at to fit into any size XL T-Shirts comfortably.
I am now fitting into all 3xl and some 2xl T-Shirts, 2xl polos (could probably fit into xl polos but I haven't bought one in about a month or so).
I was originally wearing 6xl shirts when I was at my highest weight of 469lbs
469lbs... Yes, that means once I lose 6 more pouds I will be 200lbs lighter than my heaviest weight!
My waist size is now a 46 (I wear my pants over my stomach, not the fat guy cheating method of UNDER the stomach). I used to be a size 70.

Great work dude. There are a lot of people out there that could take a page out of your book. Just the discipline and dedication it takes to get that
far in what you have done is amazing to me. Keep it up bro.

Whats your height? I am 5' 11''
Also, to anyone that didn't know.... I had weight loss surgery. So yeah, I am on a diet, but the surgery helped where it was not possible for me to
do on my own (believe me, I have tried all my life). I am eating alot of lean protein. Chicken is my friend.

Shit I wear 2XL polos because XL's tend to be a bit too small for my liking.
Keep it holding it down man! It's amazing how much can change in a year eh?
