lawn care question?
Ok... so I dont really do anything to the lawn at my house. A guy comes ever week or two and cuts it and what not. I water it (but I really just
started this week because I kept forgetting). Anyway... 2 seperate times there have been these really weird looking mushrooms in the lawn. They are
not soft and they are rooted deep! I almost hurt my foot trying to kick one out of the lawn. Any idea what to do about it other than just dig them
out?
Heres a couple of pictures....

Mushrooms suck. I ge them from time to time. I have tried to read up on how to combat them. Apparently you can't do anything but kick them up.

its a TOO MUCH MOISTURE issue. Basically you shoudl airate the yard once a year. Its a machine that punches small holes throughout the yard about 3-4
inches deep or so. It promotes air circulation and proper moisture retention. IT costs about $30 for 4 hours to rent from HOME DEPOT.
Each aspect of the soul has it's own part to play, but the ideal is harmonious agreement with reason and control.

Guess it must be a big circulation issue because we hadnt had much rain at all (until the last 2 days) and this was the 2nd time they popped up and
the grew fast!
I think Ive seen 'shoes' that are suposed to airate your lawn. You put them on and they have big spikes on them that poke in the grass.
Thanks guys!
