t shirt printing question

I've had lot's of screen printing done but i'm tired of being locked to a certain number of shirts and locked into certain sizes.

Are there good setups out there for heat transfer tshirt patchs so that I can make shirts to order? Is there such a thing as decent heat transfer products that are as good as screen printing?

most heat transfers peel off after a couple of washes in my experience.

I have an idea for a line of t shirts aimed at sailors (they have lot's of money and very few cool t's to choose from), not related to musical ventures. The issue is that I don't want to be tied to large orders and keeping large stocks of inventory.

I was looking at starting a screen printing shop in my garage but it seems like an awful lot of work for very little money.

Johnny, try getting in touch with Darren Mitchell, Flagship's old guitarist, he's got all the gear and might be into something like that. He's a really good artist too, he apprenticed with Sailor Jerry, so he's no slouch and he's versed in all that old flash and shit.

Well, its this place where nobody works, and the pigs don\'t give you any shit. Everyone smokes weed and gets drunk all day. Its a place where cunts like me and you can truly take it easy and relax. Know what I mean?
