Yes it is one in the same. Things deteriorated really quickly after conference season was over and the admin part of the job kicked in. He wasn't
doing any admin/funding/finance, wasn't showing up for weeks on end and our funders threatened to cut off the tap which would have put all of us out
of jobs.
I have just spent the last 4 weeks doing 2 years of back funding, final reports and a bunch of other shit they don't pay me for. Tomorrow I'm sending
in a letter to the Board of Directors that states that I have been doing the job of the Executive Director since I started and that I am ready to take
on the job officially.
I'll let you all know how it goes.
