Bloodsport

You take metal and you take hardcore you put it together and you have Bloodsport. If you are fan of this mix here is a band that does it really well. Have a listen.

I am on this one. Great stuff. Thanks for the heads up MM. If you have the album I wouldn't mind if you shared it. I'm cheap, what can I say?

Imprisonment is a wicked album and the band is great live. Hopefully they start getting out there more like 50 Lions is doing these days.

A lot of people ask me what kind of music I like. I love "soul music". My "soul music" isn’t a style, genre or niche. It’s music that is genuine. It’s a painful lyric, a dirty bassline, it’s a harrowing vocal, it’s feedback, it’s an anthem, it’s a love song, it’s anarchy. I’ve got my personal favourites but in the end it doesn’t matter who or where it comes from... so long as it’s good and it's real.

Not too into this and this is usually my kind of stuff.

Achilles on the other hand is amazing. Hospice, Dark Horse, the split with Engineer (another awesome band) are all great listens.

Just wondering if you heard Bloodsport by chance or if it was from my mix cd I uploaded with all the Aussie bands?
