OUCH! that's gotta hurt! this guy was really lucky that the iron bar felt on his upper back and his shoulder, if that thing would have felt a little
bit higher, he would have seriously injured his neck and could have been paralized or even death...

I've seen a few fucked up weightlifting videos. In one a female lifter shit herself during a lift. Another one was on Rotton.com forever. A guy
blew out his asshole because he was pushing so hard. Serious surgery was required.
