So now I'm jellin.....
Ya I bought some DR SCHOLLS massaging gel inserts and used them for the past 2 nights of jogging. I had less pain in the knees than normal and will
now continue to use them. My quesiton is do you put your original insert on top of the insert? Or should you jsut replace your original shitty shoe
insert? I originally placed the it on top but then took it out before the run as to my shoe being too fucking snug. I assume its supposed to replace
the old insert but figured I'd ask.
Each aspect of the soul has it's own part to play, but the ideal is harmonious agreement with reason and control.

Those things kill my feet. I buy a arch support for my shoes from a medical supply store. They cost 35 dollars. They have a hard arch support and
usually last 6-8 mon. months. I've bought those Dr. Scholls things and they make my feet hurt worse.
