"Everything is fine. No electricity."
Got an email from Dak at the end of the day yesterday. Sounds like he's ok, but dealing with post-hurricane issues. I've got a call in to him, and
if I hear back, I'll let you know.
If I fail math, there goes my chance at a good job and a happy life full of hard work.

talked with dak a little bit ago.
he's fine and his house fine.
lots of downed trees and branches in the area, though.
almost his entire county is without power.
he's been charging his satellite radio and cell phone off his car battery.
said he got some ice from FEMA yesterday, but he's having a hard time keeping the beers cold.
said to say hi to everyone.

Yo! That hurricane was a muthafucka. We had that shit in OHIO too. Mild to what you had but it was crazy none the less.

It's Thursday 7pm and still no electricity. Crews from Alabama and Georgia put the transformer back on the poll and fixed the lines today. Waiting
for them to energize the lines. I guess another night without TV and computer.
