i can't wait to see how they keep it up.

Brotherhood is actually filming now...so spring maybe? I'm guessing this will be its last season as they barely agreed to do this one making it only 8
episodes.
I love Dexter, I've been watching it since the first episode aired but it's shit compared to Brotherhood which evidently has like 7 viewers for some
strange reason. Makes no sense how one show eclipsed the other so dramatically.

it's okay so far but I don't know how far they can take the story line...
and of course can't fucking wait for dexter,
but in the course of all things def-star lately my tv blew up....

jason - what is it you like so much about brotherhood compared to dexter?
don't get me wrong, i like the show, but i definitely don't love it.
i'm more drawn to the general themes (mob family) than i am this particular show.
i find that at the end of an episode, i'm only so concerned with what happens to the characters next.
dexter, on the other hand, nags at me all week.
and i don't even like the crime-drama genre (CSI, CNI, whatever).

I think Dexter is a good schlocky show, its very cartoony though and most of the acting is really shoddy. Doakes...that actor should have his guild
card revoked.
Its a good fun show though more soap opera-esque than anything, where Brotherhood is a believeable gritty show.
