it grabbed my attention immediately.

I'm not sure how far they can take the story line
other then that it could get good and violent

i think the characters are well developed so far, although bill compton can be a little cheesy sometimes.
as for the story line, it's based on a series of books, of which there are already seven or eight, so they should have a fair amount to work with.

Sons is a decent show but some of the chars are a bit Jailbreaked, aka Hollywood and Applepie-esqe looking to be an outlaw biker gang.

Sons is my new favorite, least favorite show. It's so bad that I'm completely enthralled with it.
Like, it's almost good, but then, some of the dialogue and acting is just bad. And they're not very convincing as a 1% gang.
HBO has a similar concept/show coming, as well.
