cool. Dude was a douchebag. Never showered and always was tripping.

Sleep is beyond awesome. Their recordings are killer.
As far as influence, put Minor Threat, SSD and 7 Seconds together, and you're almost at the level of this band, musically in their genre.

Yeah, I'm not really a weed dude, at all, but shit's awesome. Granted, you have to be in the right mood, but they pretty much redifined "doom" or
"stoner" metal.
