Yeah it sucks. Somebody hit my car about 2 months ago at work while it was parked. Nobody owned up to it and I had to claim it on my insurance. The deductible was $500.00. Chicken shit people.

i had a real doosey a few years ago, here is the chain of events in the order they took place
came around a blind turn on a wet road
around the bend 2 cops were parked halfway out in the street because the guy that came down the road flipped his blazer
tried to stop, locked them up, on wet pavement , slid very far, hit some old dude in an intrepid
cop comes over to yell at me, and another guy takes the turn the same way as me
hits the cop standing behind my car, and my car
hurt cop
hurt car
2 more people take the turn the same way,
totally rack up their cars
dude that hit me in the back gets cuffed and stuffed, apparently was under the influence (at 6:15 AM!)
So i am the only one not leaving in an ambulance or cuffs
my car gets towed
i am on the FOX morning news from the copter
$10,000 damage to my car
$130 worth of fines
3 points on my lisence
no rental coverage
20 mile ride to work
no car
harrassment from Haverford Township Police Department to testify against the drunk guy
I refuse to testify on the grounds of the fact that they pressed bullshit charges against me and gave me points
didnt drive through H town for 3 years after that
my work lent me a lincoln navigator for a month
driving a Nav costs a shitload of money for gas when youre doing 50 miles a day
2 months later i get my car back and it looks better than it did before the crash...somehow

When I was 19 I had a good construction job, saved up 2g's an put it down on a 93 Dodge steatlth r/t twin turbo, stick, leather sooooo fast it was awsome. Five hours later, going through a green light some old guy in like a 70's tank of a caddy makes a left in front of my, never even hit my breaks. $9.000.00 worth of damage. Pissed to say the least. Like 3 years ago I worked at an after hours bar and on my way home passed out and hit a parked car going like 50. Totalled my moms Hynundai and 2 parked cars. Was lucky I didn't go to jail. Cars suck.
