My Grandad made the best scrapple ever!!!!! He spent 35 years working at the Mack truck plant in Allentown and we would visit him and my Nana in
Quakertown at least twice a year until they both passed. He knew his scrapple and even taught us some Pennsylvania dutch. The pre-packaged scrapple in
VA is garbage, so damn yuk.

we typically buy ours at the amish market.
it comes on a foam plate under shrink wrap.
as much as you want - last time, i saw a 10 pound slab.
my mouth watered.
i tried their turkey (or maybe it was chicken) scrapple once - not as good.
