No, it's a legitimate (I'm using this word a lot today) mental disorder like anorexia, bulimia, etc. Even though it's a physical thing, she needs
mental help. I just don't understand why there's a need to cry for public attention like this instead of seeking professional help. Maybe her
friends can call "Intervention" and get her some help... or just get her some help without letting her post pics of herself on the internet. In any
case, it's real and fucked up. And she should get some help.

^^^^^^ Same here. The descriptions alone are more than I need to see. Obviously this person is in need of serious help and hopefully she has gotten
