Slapshot European Tour - Stars Today 11.26.08
well the tour doesnt actually start today, but I'm leaving for the airport in about 3 hours so this will be my last post from home. I think the two
things I'm going to miss the most are XnMeX's 'game mechanix' podcast!! I'll have 3 weeks to listen to by the time I get back and HOWARD STERN! I'm
already having withdrawls!!
I know that Panz will be at a few of the shows so he can probably post some pictures and give some updates. I'll try to post when I can or send stuff
to BD so he can post it.
Thats about it for now... Behave while I'm gone

just ate chicken... thats what we eat everynight on tour. were at the first club and they play in about 3 hours. not much else to report really.

were at show number 3, second day in italy. last night was a really good show. today will be a long one because its the 3 touring bands plus 3
openers. hopefully they dont suck!
still nothing big to report.
merch is nice, we got...
molotov shirt (same as the haverhill one)
varsity shirt (with # 85 on the back)
classic mask shirt
army shirt (just has the mask-bones and says slapshot)
a track jacket with embroidered mask-bones
molotov zip up hoodie in black and maroon
new girly shirt
2 different silk screened posters that are very limited
some stickers
they are working on maybe adding another design if they can get it done and sent to the printers by tomorrow.
thats about it... ill post again when i can.
ps. its always chicken... every night! basicly because its hard to fuck up roasted chicken and they ask for that because if they request a hot meal
they get some sort of stew thats potentially gross!

Got wifi again so here's a quick update.
Last night was a rough show. Not many people on a cold rainy Sunday night in italy. There was an opening band called Anger (I think) and one of them
was shitfaced & annoying everyone. The after the show was over the rest of his band was gone already & he was bugging everyone. The minute everyone
was occupied he took off with one of the Energy guys guitar. A $1200 Les Paul that is most likely gone for good.
If I can get some pictures while I have wifi I'll email them to someone to post on the board.

Good show tonight. I think it was one of the best slapshot sets I've ever seen.

were at SO36 in Berlin tonight. We got in early Enough to walk around a bit. Saw the Berlin wall & ate at a place called Burgermeister that had
awesome hamburgers. Now were sitting around waiting.
I'll see Panz on Sunday.

Holland today and I should see Roland tomorrow which means he can finally get his LAST RIGHTS shirt!
The load in food was fucked up today and Choke was not happy, but we have Chocomel & Kinder Eggs at least.
The show ends at 11:00 tonight and we dont leave on the bus until 9:00am tomorrow so that might suck!

All For Nothing has been doing very well & they are awesome people!
Last nights show was weird. It was an odd crowd with some shitheads in it. Slapshot played well & they played a brand new song that they wrote the
other day. Roland will hear it tonight most likely.
I walked around town today & saw a bunch of stuff. I bought a copy of David Lee Roth "eat em and smile" where he sings in spanish! Sweet!!

Were back in Germany today and it's damn cold! Were getting a different bus tomorrow & our third bus driver of the tour. New bus because the key pad
to open the door is broken and it doesn lt have enough bunks which we've been dealing with for a week & a half. Not sure why all the driver changes.
The club tonight is okay I guess. I'm not really liking it, but not for any good reason.
I saw Panz yesterday & will see him again tomorrow too.
Not much else to say. Maybe more pictures later.
