Do those cities have venues that can accomodate DKM? I mean... let's face it... they aren't a small band anymore. These cities have to have venues of
a certain size in order to book them.

Good point Mark. STL has the Pageant Theatre where they played last with Everybody Out last March and had it booked solid. I would venture to guess
is a 2,500 to 3,000 seat venue. Just guessing though.
