Todays check list:
Have dinner with my wife. Check, we went out for sushi before anyone asks what we did.
Do yoga. Check, we do Ashtanga yoga which is less hippy and more hardcore. Vigorous yoga to be exact
Watch a movie, check we are watching the movie "W" tonight
Spend some "quality time"  with my wife, check.
Go to bed. I'll check that one off later.
All in all a fucking awesome day.
