Not really sure. In an odd related piece of info, he was a client of my wife's law firm. She manages a law firm in Edwardsville, IL (near where this
happened). They practice Social Security Disability law. Basically, if you are disabled they will handle your case and get you SSI.
This guy was a client of theirs. I just assume he is "bonkers". She has a couple of clients in the news every year. Some real troubled folks.
