Just listened to River Runs Red the other day and still sounds as good as it did first time I heard it. No comparing it to anything. Check out Spoiler NYC if you haven't heard them. Suicide Hotel is an infectious song.

Pretty much all the big rock and roll bands from the 60's. Beatles, Stones, Zeppelin etc. I love Sabbath though.

I like Sheer Terror but I'm not as super into them as some of you folks here.

Lemme see here... I tried to give some emo shit a chance back in the day because I figured if I spun that shit on occasion girls would think I was an intense vegan warrior who had a soft side. Never quite worked. All that shit was just too gay.

I disagree with MM on Marduk, I loved Marduk. I hate most black metal though. Don't listen to it at all anymore.

Coalesce
Sub-Zero

There's alot of stuff that I would've thought I'd like but it just turned out to do nothing for me. Some stuff is like that. I agree that Oi! is really really hit or miss.

I will add CLUTCH and CROWBALL to that list. Mayn people go off about CLUTCH but I can't dig it.

neuman got l.o.a signed to sony for their last lp...he's been working for sony/epic for a bit...

bottom line - the music was stale, the record tanked, and nothing became of it...

but,neuman kept his job.

god bless the jew fuck, even though he wrote me out of his book right after the "wake/funeral" gigs...

it goes deeper, but it's really nothing i want to expound on...

i move FORWARD.
