monty sighting last night
I ran into him at our show in portsmouth, nh last night. holy crap. I'm not sure if he's posted updates on here lately but he looks like an entirely
new person. it took me a minute to register who he was. it was baffling because I recognized his eyes and had to quickly scan my memory to make a
connection. he said he's down 250 pounds. he also looks about 10 years younger. dude is slim and looks healthier than most of the skinny dudes I know.
its quite inspiring

Like BD said, I have been around. Don't get on the computer as much as I used to but I hop in here and poke around atleast once a week or so. Hell,
I barely even post on my own messageboard and I am always late in updating my own website. Just been trying to keep busy and what not.
I am down to about 200lbs now... I have been hanging around 210-225 for a few months now and I don't want to lose anymore really lol.
Good show friday night Mark. I wanna see you accoustic again since my complaint (as well as my gf's) is that the vocals were too low, accoustic....
not a problem.
