DAK - evening sounds nice, and thanks for the reminder.
steve - sucks, bro. forgot about you mother (if you posted about it), and just assumed the stuff with your daughter blew over... guess it will still
take some time for her to appreciate what you were providing here with, beyond just a place to stay.

My mom went to the grandparents. Its their 50th anniversary tomorrow, They met in 1st grade and got hitched in and squeezed out a kid the 12th.
I get my mom a fathers day cake every year too. Single mothers kick ass!

I stopped by my parents place this afternoon with my son after going to see the wolverine flick.
I feel more disconnected from them than ever anymore.
After my brother died earlier in the year, i have just felt totally withdrawn from anything to do with the family.
Not to mention for a while I've seen mom slippin, for a long time.
Her father had alsymers in his final years, and i just hope the whole thing isnt hereditary.
My old man is just this shut down old irish guy devoid of emothion and isn't much help.
Got her flowers, and a gift card to a restaurant they dig, and watched some of the Phillies game until I had to drop my son off to that wretch I had
him with....
Hope yous that have yer moms in yer lives had a good one.
Not tryin to air my dirty laundry or nuthin, just been on my mind.
Steve, I feel for ya bro, stay on top of sht the best ya can

I spoiled the Mrs. a bit. We got up early went to Einstein's Bagels (her favorite and I hate the fucking place) then off to our river house to shovel
mud out of our basement. We had 3 feet of water in our basement for about 6 days this week. Mind you the "basement" is actually at ground level so
we have to flood it with water (a pump and 2 inch wide firehouses) the run big shovels and squeegees to push the mud and water out. Great workout and
takes about 3.5 hours.
Like I don't know how to treat a lady huh?

I loaded and unloaded the truck and just let her pack boxes. I know, I know, I spoil her.
Well, its this place where nobody works, and the pigs don\'t give you any shit. Everyone smokes weed and gets drunk all day. Its a place where
cunts like me and you can truly take it easy and relax. Know what I mean?
