index printing is using small square dots to create the illusion of other colors and shading instead of traditional half tones round dots...
half tones have to follow a specific pattern where as in index you basically have organized chaos...

most printers wont even try index where as I love it
I think you can do a lot more with it and get more realistic looking prints

nope
we burn 2 screens in 27 seconds
entire process of set up and cleaning is less than 5 minutues per screen
good art plus good film, correct emulsion for your light source and the process is just a walk in the park
it took me 4 years of trials to get everything to a point of damn near perfection
I really think I am the only person operating a shop from 2000 miles away, with no real worries
