p90x

anyone know someone who used it and it worked or did they lose interest in it?

Each aspect of the soul has it's own part to play, but the ideal is harmonious agreement with reason and control.

I know a couple people who have had great results with it. Seems like something you have to commit to for the long haul though. Not that that's a bad thing, but a lot of people want to jump into these things and then drop 'em a month or two later. I've been thinking about it myself, might try it once my schedule calms down.

Very Good. Great results but lots of time. 45 minutes minimum per session and some lasting up to 1.5 hours. Good system and you need a real commitment.
