Do you have a preference? My sister has a boy and a girl, and she was hoping the second would be another boy. She couldnt really explain why though.
Something about boys are easier to take care of.... I dunno.

My little girl just turned one. She is awesome (biased, I know). There is an innate softness about girls. I wanted a boy at first like a typical
guy but I wouldn't change a thing.

When my wife got pregnant I was sooooo pulling for a boy, I was not amped to be dealing with a girl having boyfriends and little bastards trying to
get in her pants and shit. I slowly accepted it when it turned out to be a girl and I love that little girl so much. Now I kinda am excited about
being the scary dad talking to her dates and shit, I've got all kindsa scenarios worked out for meeting them and throwin' enough scare into 'em that
they won't dare to fuck up. Of course, I'd have to live around her to do that, but I've still got a few years before all that comes into play anyway.
She's only turning four this year after all. Oh, by the way, in 10 short days I'll be on my way to see her for her birthday!!
As for you MrBadVibes, I'm sure you'll be happy no matter which one this kid turns out to be. Congrats to you and yours for the upcoming addition to
the family.

you rule, mrbad. i've noticed that boys have a cool relationship with their dads until the teen years and then go there seperate ways for awhile but
daughters seem to fight with their moms and have a really close relationship with their dads. I will be an uncle to a baby girl sometime in the next
few weeks. between she and my godson i'll have plenty to remind me that life ain't so bad.

i am not very good with kids and never thought i'd be a good mom. so, i went with the no kids rule. now, my rule is, if i somehow get myself into the
situation where i am having a kid..it has to be a boy. i don't think i could handle a pre-teen and/or teenage girl. i see what i have done to my
parents and what my friends do and i would want to die.
i am a good kid and i'm at an age with a lot of trust now so my parents and i are pretty much best friends. but the past 5 years, what a battle.

Im taking a wild guess after a 12 pack so here it goes:
i think it will be a beautiful baby boy. His birth weight will be between 7-8 pounds & he will be the first one to give you a grandchild.
