Brian Regan and Bill Burr are probably my favorite clean comics, I usually don't like clean comics because they usually suck.
Ron White is good shit too (only good one that came out of the Recneck comics and he never seems to want anything to do with them, though Bill Engval
is ok at times.)

I wouldn't say Bill Burr is a clean comic per se, but certainly cleaner than many of the others mentioned.
Brian Regan is definately a clean comic but he is good without being corny, a lot of his stuff kind of reminds me of Jim Gaffigan.
