just links to watch online. use your discretion. i stick to megavideo links and have never had a problem. i know damn well lots are sketchy and
will put spyware/adware/viruses on your computer.
basically, i trust megavideo, novamov, zshare, and maybe a few other sites, but i tend to rely on those three for tv shows and movies online.
